Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Each purchase is for one personal user. You’re welcome to share the link so others can download their own copy.

Q: Can I use this for clients or groups?

Q: Can I edit the file?
A: Only if the product is labeled editable. Files may not be altered and resold.

Q: Can I print it at a shop?
A: Yes! You can print for personal use at home or through a print service.

Q: My file won’t open—what should I do?
A: Make sure the file downloaded fully and is opened in a compatible app like Adobe Acrobat or a planner app.
